That is why mediation arises in all those contexts in which human relations converge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">One of the fundamental nuclei is the family, which far from the desire to be balanced, we observe that in reality many conflicts arise after a break-up, separation or divorce. That is why we have Family Mediation to deal with these issues.<\/p>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"row row-90 block-txtcols-num-1\">\n\n                                \n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n     <div class=\"we-shape we-shape-1\"><\/div>\n     <div class=\"we-shape we-shape-2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div id=\"\" data-aos=\"fade-up\">\n    <div class=\"fondo-shape-1\">\n        <div class=\"fondo-shape-2\">\n            <div class=\"block-texto-cols we-full bg-2 pb-7 pt-7 mb-0 no-border\" >\n                <div class=\"container px-0 text-center\">    \n                    <div class=\"row row-90 w-inerith\">\n                        <div class=\"col\">\n                            <p class=\"p1\">FM is an extrajudicial process for the management of non-violent conflicts that arise between the members of a family or cohabiting group, through the intervention of specialised professionals who, without decision-making capacity over the conflict in question, assist them by facilitating communication, dialogue and negotiation between them, with the aim of promoting consensual decision-making on the conflict in question.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The aim of the family mediation process is, in general, to ensure that the parties in conflict reach equitable, fair, stable and lasting agreements, helping to avoid, where appropriate, the opening of legal proceedings or contributing to the resolution of those already initiated.<\/p>\n                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"row row-90 block-txtcols-num-1\">\n\n                                \n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n     <div class=\"we-shape we-shape-1\"><\/div>\n     <div class=\"we-shape we-shape-2\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wblock-accordion bg-black\" id=\"\">    \n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <div class=\"row\">\n          <div class=\"col\">\n            <div class=\"tabs\">\n                \n                \n                           \n                        <div class=\"tab\">\n                            <input type=\"checkbox\" id=\"chck0\">\n                            <label class=\"tab-label\" for=\"chck0\">FM is based on the Systemic Model.<\/label>\n                            <div class=\"tab-content\">\n                              <p class=\"p1\">The systemic model considers the family as a system with its own identity and a process of dynamic internal (between the family members themselves) and external (of the family with the environment) evolutionary development.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The interaction processes of the family allow for a series of two-way exchanges of influence between its members. The recognition of these processes is the primary objective of the systemic model of family intervention, in order to restructure dysfunctional relationships that may have been created.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">When intervening with families that present great imbalances in their functioning, the fact that the system (family) adapts to what it understands as normality must be taken into account. That is to say, all the parties involved must come freely.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">The parties involved have a leading role in the process and are responsible for reaching a solution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">During the procedure, the emotions involved are taken into account.
