Mediation Services

In our daily work in the Courts of Justice we have experienced that mediation, as a conflict resolution technique, has made it possible to guarantee rights to parents whose visiting rights were suspended; to heal family relationships that have lasted over time; to repair personal relationships that have been entrenched for years; all of this without having to wait for a Court to decide by means of an uncertain resolution.
But it is not only in the field of the family that this type of alternative methods or intermediate spaces such as mediation are useful, but also in all areas of our lives: education, family, community, administrations, work, companies, organisations, etcetera.
