The Aims of WeMe Association are as follows:
- Mediation as a method of conflict resolution by seeking agreement between the parties involved.
- Intervention in problems such as the reconciliation of work and family life, education, family-school relationships, care for dependency, intergenerational problems (parents-children-grandparents), prevention of family relationship problems in the areas of work, family, education, gender violence and interculturality, by means of courses, conferences and seminars aimed at preventing conflicts arising in these areas.
- Raising awareness of mediation in different areas as a method of conflict resolution.
- Collaboration with public institutions for training in conflict resolution in the areas in which these institutions intervene (labour, judicial, gender-based violence, social services and drug addiction…).
- Collaborate with the implementation and operation of Family Meeting Points, Facilitating Spaces for family relationships…
