All you need to do is contact a professional mediator (WEME) who will inform you whether your dispute can be mediated. If so, the Mediator will contact the other party to the conflict in order to offer mediation as a method of resolution.

Once the offer has been received, and both parties have given their consent, the Mediator will summon the parties to an information session and the Mediation will begin.
